✍️ 3 Things We Learned Following PSG's Defeat to Bayern Munich
Another loss in the Champions League has pushed Paris Saint-Germain to the brink of elimination.
Is it a rebuilding season, or should Paris Saint-Germain be better than this?
That’s the topic of discussion for many PSG supporters following the 1-0 defeat at FC Bayern Munich on Tuesday night. PSG’s third loss in five UEFA Champions League matches has them in the elimination zone of the table with only three games remaining to turn things around.
To further underscore how bad PSG has been in the tournament this season, they’ve only scored two goals in five matches, with a third coming by way of an own-goal against Girona FC on matchday one.
The lack of goals is concerning, the fact Luis Enrique can’t seem to decide on a starting goalkeeper is concerning, the regression of Warren Zaïre-Emery is concerning…there’s a lot to be worried about and it doesn’t seem like the manager is in a hurry to change anything, nor is the club looking to “splash the cash” and solve the lack of goalscoring with a big-name striker.
